The overall purchase experience was amazing. Steve took care of us being there throughout the entire process. The driving test was fun; he introduced us to Justin, who gave us financing consulting and helped us to get the loan to buy the car. They made our dream come true! BTW The car is great with a clean title and record. I would say they are the bestest in town.

I purchased my first car here and my experience was fantastic! I had submitted an inquiry and seconds after had been put in contact with a rep! He was very knowledgeable, and had sent a video of the car before I even came for the test drive and was eager to answer any questions I had! 10/10 would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Progressive Auto again!

A recent purchase of our vehicle was nothing but a pleasure. Coming from outta town Peter was very welcoming . No pressure at all. We called for a test drive and within a hour we were driving our new purchase. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I bought a 2016 GMC Terrain Denali from Progressive. I had the pleasure to deal with Pete in the sales department. He was easy to deal with and made the process simple. The car did take longer then expected to get ready for me to take home, kinda sucked for me but also out of their control, nothing you can do when you're waiting for the parts. I don't know what shop they use for body work, but it's in London and I wasn't overly happy with the body work. There's a plastic trim along the whole bottom of the car and it looks like he used off white paint on a white vehicle and used a paint brush, you can see brush strokes. He also ignored the paint chips and the small dent/scratch on the very back door. There is more that he could of done. The service department has been great though, the ladies at the counter are amazing.. there has been a few issues that have popped up since I've owned the car (about 4 weeks now) they've been quick to get it done and help figure out the issues. Everybody that works here has been great to deal with.

We came from Ukraine last year, so it was a totally new experience for us. And that’s the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. The whole transaction was smooth and quick. In spite of the fact we’re still newcomers, the financing was approved in no time. Thank you, Steve and Justin! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guys. Highly recommend!

My Wife's car died on her and Hyundia Dealership was basically like "Shove off, we're not helping" frantically we called around trying to find someone that could help. *ENTER STEVE* possibly the best car salesperson i have ever had the pleasure dealing with. Super knowledgeable, not pushy on the sale at all would give 6/5 stars if possible. Justin was also a big help on this transaction.lastly I'd like to thank the service department for working so hard on a Friday afternoon. Best used car experience of a lifetime
